Generally our clients are contacting members of staff assigned to the servicing of their account.
There is no necessity to have a dedicated phone answering person directing calls and modern phone
systems provide a quick and easy solution to call redirection.
If you are directed to the staff members voice mailbox this usually means they were engaged in another call.
